FOX 14 wants to make sure our contests are fair to everyone, so the following guidelines apply to all contests played on FOX 14, unless otherwise specified.
All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning or prior to the expiration date, unless otherwise specified.
You must present a positive legal identification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited.
All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified and must sign a release form giving FOX 14 the right to publicize your name, likeness, photo and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity.
All attributable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
When contest players are required to call in to win, they must use the 1-800-726-5976 telephone number, unless otherwise specified. The person operating the telephone at FOX 14 has the final decision as to who is the winning caller.
FOX 14 assumes no responsibility for any problems with the telephone service. Only one winner per household, per family for the duration of the contest, unless otherwise specified.
Any prizes awarded to an ineligible viewer will be deemed null and void and the prize will remain the property of FOX 14.
Employees of Surtsey Media, LLC, Saga Communications, Inc., KFJX-TV or its subsidiaries and their families and agencies are not eligible to win the contest.
