Bake pie crust for ½ of the time required on package. (To prevent bubbling you can put a layer of dried beans in the crust while baking.)
Slice tomatoes and lay on a paper towel to remove liquid. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
While liquid is being removed from tomatoes mix together 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, ¾ cup mayo and fresh basil.
Once pie crust has cooked half way and cooled slightly place ½ cup mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Layer with ½ of your sliced tomatoes. Next place half of your cheese mixture on top of the tomatoes. Repeat with the other half of your tomatoes and cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
