Some automotive technology has helped authorities arrest a southwest Missouri man suspected of stealing three vehicles in Crawford County Kansas.
Investigators found a stolen pickup at a Crawford County home where another truck had been stolen.
They then found the second truck at a home where a car had been stolen.
That car, a Chevy Malibu, was equipped with OnStar technology.
OnStar disabled the vehicle at police request and authorities found the vehicle on highway 171 in Asbury Missouri.
Inside the vehicle they found the suspect-- 20-year-old Kyle Boulais of Butler, Missouri.
Investigators say items in the car also tied Boulais to some burglary cases.
Boulais is jailed in Jasper County, Missouri.
