Senator talks job creation in McDonald County, Mo.

Updated:
ANDERSON, MISSOURI -

US Senator Roy Blunt stops in McDonald County, Missouri to talk job creation.  He met with county leaders today in Anderson.

The senator's six-step plan includes reducing the size of government and increasing credit access for businesses.  But the emphasis is on cutting spending and promoting American energy.

Blunt said we need to find more energy while using less of it.

"What I am planning on is to do everything I can to be sure that our country continues to be different from all these other countries that have headed down a path of government controlling more and spending more," says Senator Blunt.
