Good morning everyone.  Well I hope the week is going great for everyone.  Mine has been super busy with two storms systems that we have seen so far.  Plus we have a new state of the art weather system that is coming in next week and it is really going to get busy with the training.  But oh my, wait until you see this system.  We saw 1.6" of snow on Monday.  So now with the season total at 2.8", we have passed the 2.5" lowest season total of 2005-2006.  Then we saw the showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday.  If you look at the radar below, we look pretty good.

Current Radar:

Today looks fine.  We will see sunshine, especially during the afternoon with highs near 50.  Our next system will pass across the souther plains and give us a glancing blow on Friday night and Saturday.  This could give us a light rain snow mix on Friday night and on Saturday, but I don't expect it to be a very big deal.  We will see a little stronger storm system that will affect us next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with better chances for rain.  I will get much more in depth later today on a blog.  Right now I am swamped.  But we are right on track with our pattern.

Next Thursday-Saturday:

Warming up as we head towards the weekend.

February 25th-March 3rd:

A cool start to the week with our next storm system moving in.  This will give us rain or snow chances on Sunday, Monday and probably into Tuesday.  We will dry out for the middle of the week and warm up towards the weekend.  Then our next system moves in with rain chances on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

March 4th-10th:

Sunday will still have rain or snow chances in the forecast.  Then we will cool down and dry out for most of the week.  We will see temperatures warm up a bit for the weekend with a weak wave and a chance for a few showers.

March 11th-17th:

A stronger system right at the beginning of the week.  This will give us rain or even thunderstorm chances on Sunday and Monday.  Then we will cool down with rain and snow chances on Wednesday and Thursday.  We should dry out and stay fairly cool into the weekend.
