LOS ANGELES (AP) - A probation report released Wednesday showed six drug screenings from Lindsay Lohan since May were clean of illicit drugs and alcohol.
The screenings occurred after the actress missed a court hearing and a judge imposed stricter restrictions, including wearing an ankle alcohol monitor.
The report was released a day after a judge sentenced the 24-year-old star of "Mean Girls" to 90 days in jail and a three-month stint at an inpatient rehab center for missing court-mandated alcohol education classes.
One of the tests occurred on June 7, hours after Lohan's ankle monitor registered alcohol in her system.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel said Tuesday the alert indicated the actress had a .03 blood alcohol level and that the test results - while clean - came too many hours after the alleged drinking to be useful.
Lohan has denied drinking, and the alcohol report was not an issue during Tuesday's hearing.
The probation officer's report shows Lohan has been taking a variety of medications. They include Adderall, which is used to treat attention hyperactivity disorder, and the powerful prescription painkiller Dilaudid, which the report indicated was for Lohan's "dental pain."
Lohan has also been taking the antidepressants Zoloft and Trazadone and Nexium, a heartburn treatment.
Lohan had valid prescriptions for all the medications, the report stated. It does not indicate the quantities or how often the actress takes the medications.
But the report noted a comment Lohan made to an officer that she has been on the same prescriptions "for as long as she can remember."
The officer who prepared the report for Revel said Lohan was positive and cooperative during the testing.
"She states she wants to move on with her life, and feels that she has done everything that the court has asked her to do," the report said.
Lohan pleaded guilty in August 2007 to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine; no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving. She was sentenced to three years of probation.
The plea came after a pair of high-profile arrests earlier that year.
The report is not a formal probation report as is frequently prepared before someone is sentenced. Lohan's interaction with an officer came only because a judge ordered her to undergo random drug and alcohol screenings after she missed a court hearing while attending the Cannes Film Festival.
It recommended that Lohan be placed on summary probation, which is often called informal probation because it doesn't require a defendant to report to an officer.
As part of Tuesday's sentencing, Lohan will now have to report to the probation department after she is released from jail.
