    The Cherryvale Police Department says a 62-year-old man is dead from a single gunshot wound. Authorities say they were called out to a home west Whelan street in Cherryvale. When officers responded to a domestic disturbance call, they found Richard Schulteiss with a single gunshot wound. Schulteiss was taken to the hospital where he died. Police have arrested a suspect in that shooting, but no official charges have been filed.
