The case against Thomas King, 27, has been moved from Newton County, Missouri to McDonald County on a change of venue.
King is charged with four counts of rape, one count of kidnapping and one count of assault.
He is accused of holding a Webb City woman at his house and repeatedly sexually assaulting her. Authorities say King threatened to kill the woman and her family if she told anyone.
King has plead not guilty to the charges against him.

After prosecutors presented evidence during a preliminary hearing on Monday a judge has ruled that there is enough evidence for Thomas King to go to trial.

Thomas King appeared in a Newton County courtroom on Monday, and pled not guilty to the charges against him.
Police say King repeatedly raped the woman and threatened to kill her and her family.
King is in the Newton County jail with a bond set at $50,000 cash only.

An accused rapist turns himself in to the Newton County sheriff's department.
Thomas King, 27, of Joplin, Missouri, was confirmed to be in the Newton County jail Friday afternoon.
The Newton County sheriff's office says that, because the charges are filed in Newton County King will stay in the Newton County jail until he goes to court.

JOPLIN, MO. - Authorities say Thomas King, 27, of Joplin held a 19 year old Webb City woman at his home, raped her repeatedly over a period of about 17 hours, took nude photos of her, and threatened her.
The Newton County prosecutor has charged King with rape, kidnapping and assault.
Authorities are now looking for King, who they say may be driving a tan Ford van without hubcaps.
